Project Review

Soon after receiving your application, someone from our team will reach out and collect any missing information and schedule a time to see the property. Once complete, we will provide a loan commitment and terms within 48 hours, and usually it’s less!

Preparing For Closing

Once we agree to loan terms, we will provide all necessary information to the Title company. We are able to fund the deal as soon as the Title work is complete! In theory, we could fund your deal in as little as 48 hours!

Closing Day

At closing, our team will provide the funds needed to help you secure your property. Once you sign, we get to work on helping ensure your project is successful and completed within the loan term.
